With over 15 years of experience in diesel engines, they provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list empty\">\n<li>Top-notch performance parts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rims;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lifts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The physical store in British Columbia already had a loyal customer base, but new challenges popped up when the company took its business online. The old platform, BigCommerce, wasn\u2019t serving right anymore. With the eCommerce automotive aftermarket <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchnester.com\/reports\/e-commerce-automotive-aftermarket\/6852?\" target=\"_blank\">growing at 7.9% CAGR<\/a>, it was not the time to slow down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lake City Performance needed a solution to foster its growth, improve the customer experience, and manage product listings much easier. One of the biggest issues was the inability to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.x-cart.com\/automotive-fitment-search\">filter parts by Year, Make, and Model (YMM)<\/a>. Without this feature, customers struggled to find parts that matched their vehicles. The shopping experience was too complicated and frustrating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mismatch between products and customer expectations leads to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.the-future-of-commerce.com\/2024\/01\/11\/retail-returns-stats-strategies\/\" target=\"_blank\">returns in 86% of cases<\/a>. It&#8217;s a poor experience for customers and a huge obstacle for repeat business. The team was spending too much time dealing with custom-manufactured parts and manually updating listings. It became hard to keep everything organized and up to date. Besides, the company needed a fast product import from ASAP Network. To continue growing, they needed a more flexible, automated platform to handle all this.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>\n            Solution: Moving to X-Cart    <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In June 2024, the company made the decision to switch platforms. But they weren\u2019t just looking for a standard solution. They worked closely with our team, testing features, providing feedback, and asking for tweaks. The X-Cart support team made sure everything was in place. Despite a few challenges along the way, the site went live a few months later with the ability to search for parts by YMM, import products quickly, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.x-cart.com\/automotive-inventory-management\">manage inventory hands-free<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>\n            Growing the Business: Launching Custom Truck X    <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After successfully launching their first X-Cart website, the Lake City Performance team didn\u2019t stop there. They wanted the new site to be as efficient as their first one but with one key addition: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.x-cart.com\/blog\/integration-with-keystone-automotive-operations.html\">Keystone Automotive integration<\/a>.
